May 9, 2025 Hi Greg! Can you send a different link. It comes up broken on my end. I’m looking for housing for fall of 2025 also. Thank youHey Christian,
The link works for me but you DO have to be logged in before you click it... If it still doesn't work for you, just go to the Community home page and look for the "Housing" feed on the left side. That's where people are connecting for sublets and new roommates.
Hope that helps!

Apr 10, 2025 Hi Noah - thanks for checking in. We're trying to keep all roommate requests in the Housing channel (https://community.iamt-nyc.com/channels/housing) so that everyone has one place to look. Hopefully easier for everyone! Thanks!

- Making Income While Attending IAMT

Mar 28, 2025 Hi Walter,
Typically, our 2-year students don't often check this area of the community (and this is the beginning of the busiest time of year for them). Would it be okay with you if we connected you with a few current working students over email? Hopefully that will help you understand what might be possible!

- 2 year conservatory program

Mar 24, 2025 Hello Abigail!
If you're thinking about attending IAMT for the full 2-year program, there's a page on the Portal will more details about housing. There isn't any sort of traditional "dorm" arrangement at the school. We use the Towers for dorm housing during our summer program, but it's substantially more expensive than even living by yourself in a studio apartment. But I do believe the Towers makes its rooms available to students anywhere, for the record.
We have a few apartment realtors that we refer students to, in addition to the existing network of students and alumni that are looking for roommates.
I hope that helps! Write back if you have any other questions!

Mar 21, 2025 Hi Bri,
I don't have the exact statistics in front of me, but it's pretty close to 50%. There are a lot of local students that attend but we've enrolled students from as far away as Hawaii also. We expect between 50 and 60 students in the dorm this summer!

Mar 18, 2025 How much is the entire room option (my son is 13)?Hi Armand,
We've had some updates with the dorm since then that I can share. Every student gets their own bedroom - there aren't bunk beds or shared bedrooms. But every room shares a bathroom and common area with a suite of other bedrooms. You can see the example layouts on https://ccnytowers.com and look at the 3- and 4-bedroom plans.
I hope that's helpful!

Jan 17, 2025 Hello Siena!
"Shared dorm" means shared with another student. If you'd like to reserve an entire room for both student and parent, that's the "Entire room" option. :)
Hope that helps!

Hi Olivia,
I'm sorry! It looks like some accounts were not set up correctly to be able to see all the difference feeds. I've tried to fix it so check it out now and see if the link works once you've logged in.
Thank you!
