Hey! I've been going to the boot camp the past 2 summers and meals are 100% on us. The dorms come with a kitchenette but has not included silverware, plates, pots and pans etc. There is a massive grocery store right next to the school where the RAs will take all the students on grocery runs and some kids also get meals at the deli across the street, I hope this helps.
